i would just like to state, that while this is my first embassy, i do fully intend on using it to my fullest, i seek improved relations with The Brigade, potentially useful for setting up long term tech deals, among our lowest and highest strength nations, as well as adding more members to the pool of more long term and dedicated trade circles.

if we can continue to build these relationships and have a better understanding of one another. treaties and aggressive/defensive pacts would be an ideal end result. Until this i look forward to growing the friendship between our two alliances. o/ The Brigade and The Hanseatic League.

Well thank you very much, in the mean time lets talk some business, Adrian; its been a pleasure getting to know you, how are your alliances trading circles, are they progressing effectively, or could you all use a bit of alliance security, when looking for long term traders?

NOIR has done fairly well getting us trades set up, really.

Hmm well i'll have to invest more time into looking at NOIR connections as well, i was asking as well, being that THL is interested in setting up more long term secure trade circles, with black team alliances and i wasnt sure if perhapse our alliances could pursue setting up some.

Aside from trade circles, we were also interested in setting up tech deals amongst the two. with both our weakest nations getting aid from our strongest, and vice versa. This way we can pool both your alliance and our alliances, sellers and buyers.

And lastly my final request would be to know what kind of diplomatic relations with The Hanseatic Leaque, would you like to see? if any at all.

The hanseatic league is already part of noir and has a few diplomatic agreements with black alliances. Our natious would love to sell tech however being that some of our players are quite large even one being the 6th largest I was wondering if we could compile a list of both sellers and buyers from both alliances to work out a nice tech deal network.

If you're in serious need of tech you have my nations Id in your messages by all means submit 3million aid and I will gladly send you 100 tech I'd even more so be inclined for long term tech deals if it meant building relationship ties with the brigade
