New nation needs tech and or foreign aid

Benistan is a new nation that recently joined the Brigade. It is in need of startup aid and or tech. This would be greatly appreciated.

New recruit special 3mil for 50tech. (most people do a 3mil /100tech)

As a new nation you don't really need very much tech right now. Sell tech to get aid and focus on infrastructure, that will grow your nation the quickest.
